This is a self-initiated concept, designed and built by Srini with AI tools. It is not a real company or client project.

01The problem

v1 was a re-skin of an existing commercial medical template, which looked good but couldn't legally be resold because of the base template, paid icon fonts, GPL plugins and stock photos. Srini wanted something he could sell on his own site, so v2 was rebuilt from scratch with clean licences while keeping the same breadth of pages and features.

Clinics, hospitals, diagnostic labs and the developers/agencies who build their sites — sold as a template, with an Indian-market focus (₹ pricing, Indian phone validation).

06How I built it with AI

Built in conversation with AI tools in two rounds. Round one (v1.0): Srini asked to rebuild an existing medical template as ‘Jeevandhara Clinic’ with the same layout and functionality but a new look taken from his moodboard (navy, steel blue, sky blue, blush; frosted cards), a new logo, brand guide, page guide and tech docs. When he decided to sell it, the AI flagged that resale would need rights to the base template, a paid icon set, a GPL plugin and the stock photos. Round two (v2.0.0): he chose a full original rebuild — new code, layouts and copy, permissive-licence libraries only, free Google fonts, stock photos in the demo only — and made that the standing rule for all his future template projects. The AI also produced the seller package: licence audit, image credits, listing copy, 590×300 thumbnail and previews.
